Touhou is a new insular state, member of the Isolated Other Games Region and one of the 29 states in the Jatoverse.
Seismicity
Touhou is a highly seismic state, due to it being located in the southern Jatoverse subduction zone.
History
After the citizens of Casualties: Unknown kept dying because they were dumb[1], the state was repurposed into Touhou, and quality of life went up a 5000% because they are such a pro.[2]
