Dandy's World was one of the 29 states in the Jatoverse and was part of the Roblox Games Region. Shortly after the 2026 Dandy's World earthquake took place on July 1st 2026, the state's max authority/representative Qwelver dissolved the state and ran away afterwards. In return, Animal Hospital took its place.

Dissolution
As previously stated, shortly after the 2026 Dandy's World earthquake, the state's representative Qwelver has privately ordered the dissolution of Dandy's World while the victims of the earthquake (the Toons) were waiting for an official response.
Insead, Animal Hospital people assisted to help injured people, and after finding out that Qwelver was missing from her office, they decided to take the place with permission of the Jatoverse government, the Dandy's World state now becoming the Animal Hospital state.
