On 13 October 2023, at 7:03:55 PM JATT (UTC+0) a Mw 6.7 earthquake struck offshore Murder Drones. It was initially thought to be the mainshock of a swarm that had been ocurring since a few days prior. This earthquake, alongside the swarm, were later reclassified as foreshocks of the 2023 Murder Drones earthquake ocurring 3 days later.

Tremors were felt in Murder Drones around 7:04 PM JATT. No injuries were reported, though slight damage to specific buildings were observed.

Tsunami advisories (Corresponding to 1 meter waves) were issued for Murder Drones and Specter. 45 cm waves were observed in Murder Drones and 30 cm waves were observed in Specter. All tsunami advisories were lifted 3 hours later.
